Booking with Fresha

Please include your full name, email and mobile number when booking. You will be sent a client Consultation link via email, it’s important that this is filled out at least 24 hours before your appointment, we are trying to be as planet friendly as possible and so are going paperless!

Changes to your appointment:

If for any reason you need to change or rearrange your appointment you can do this by using Fresha, Changes and cancellation are free upto 48 hours before your appointment but we respectfully ask that you notify Emily Ashley Aesthetics 7 days prior to your appointment.

If cancellation occurs within 48 hours you will be charged a fee, if you for any reason do not attend your appointment you will be charged a ‘no show’ fee. 

If for any reason you will be late to your appointment please call us immediately, we can only allow you up to 15 minutes extra, after this time your appointment won’t be able to proceed.

1. Q: Will fresha charge me When booking? 

A: no, Fresha does not charge your card, you will only be charged a fee If you don't turn up to your appointment.


2. Q: will  my card details be stored by Fresha?

A: No, your Details are secure and only you can view them, they will only be charged in the event of cancellation (less then 48 hours) or in the event of a no show.


3. Q: Can I reschedule/cancel my appointment?

A: Yes! You can change your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment for free. After this time a fee will be charged.


4. Q: Will You be charging deposits?

A: No, I will no longer be charging deposits to book an appointment as I want to move over to just using fresha for appointments, this service is quick, easy and convenient for you to use and manage your appointments. The price of your treatment will be the amount you need to pay on the day. 


5. Q: Will you charge my card automatically at my appointment?

A: No, Fresha will not charge your card. The details you entered in Fresha are only used in the event of a no show or late cancellation.

You will have the choice to pay via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google pay, or in cash at your appointment. (if paying cash please bring exact amount) 


Are you Covid safe, what measures are in place?

Yes! Emily has undergone specific training for the safeguarding of clients against COVID-19. Emily is also fully certified in Barbicide and Covid Awareness. 

Please wear your face mask into the salon, upon arrival you will be asked to wash and sanitise your hands, please don’t arrive more then 5 minutes before your appointment as we do not have a waiting area available. Please come alone to your appointment. 

We are operating a strict appointment only policy and there must be sufficient time between clients to thoroughly sanitise the treatment room. You will be temperature checked before we begin the consultation process. During your treatment Emily will keep her mask and gloves on at all times so the risks are minimal.
